Shipping

We offer Free Ground Shipping by FedEx or UPS for orders $400 and over within the lower 48 states of the United States. Expedited shipping is also available at additional cost. Please enquire for other destinations.

Items that are too large or heavy to ship by regular UPS or FedEx are sent by Freight Truck. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the freight indoors. The drivers will not assist with unpacking, assembly, set-up or clean up. If there are requirements for a lift gate and inside delivery, these are not included, and additional charges may need to be added. Please check with us for any such requirements.

Shipments are made Monday-Friday barring public holidays. We are able to ship from multiple locations in the US, and Ground delivery time to a 48-state US address is typically 2-4 business days.

Tracking Packages

Tracking numbers are emailed to the address you entered when you placed your order after the package leaves the warehouse.

Please contact us if you have not recieved your tracking information within one business day of your order.
